Grooming Tips
- Dogs needing haircuts should be kept on a 6-8 week schedule
- We can book your next grooming appointment at the time of pick up to ensure you won’t have to wait as the groomers get booked quickly.
- We offer a frequent groomer card: Purchase 10 full groomings in 1 year and receive a free groom
- 1 dog grooming appt typically will be about 2-3 hrs but you will be called as soon as your dog is finished.
- Multi-dog family grooming time could be up to 4 hrs. This also goes for larger double-coated dogs, as drying takes longer.
- We groom 6 days a week by appointment only, please contact us for pricing.
- Matting/Behavioral Charge: An additional charge of $10.00-$25.00 will be added to the normal grooming price for badly matted dogs or behavioral issues. You will be referred to your vet for grooming if the matting, age, or temperament of the dog could potentially pose a health or safety risk.
- We have a 72-hour notice cancellation policy, any appointment canceled under 72 hours is subject to a cancellation fee. Any no-show appointments will also be subject to a fee to rebook.
Note for Aggressive Dogs
- Dogs that require muzzling or extra staff due to aggression or acute nervousness, which significantly increases grooming time, will be charged a higher-than-standard grooming rate.
